Smart contract audits are an important part of crypto security because most protocols run on a complicated set of smart contracts, which are often hacked in the highly competitive world of DeFi. Therefore, Pulsefinity prioritizes the security of its investors. Prior to being placed on the launchpad, a project must pass an audit and KYC.
How to reach out to audit partners on PulseFinity?
Audit Partners will be listed on the Incubator section of our launchpad. Projects can contact them directly through the links listed. All audit partners are thoroughly researched and their practises meet our security requirements. Partners have considerable experience in blockchain auditing and have been operating for over a year, with full team KYC provided.
Key steps required by auditing partners when assessing PulseFinity project contracts:
Locking down the source code
Understanding the blockchain project
Reviewing the project documentation
Preliminary code review
Static code analysis
Code quality analysis
Analysing the presence of known vulnerabilities such as: bugs that could enable hackers to launch
Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, overflows and under-flows, storage pointers that can be exploited, incorrect cryptographic signature validation.
Functionality analysis
Provide a detailed report and tracking
When audits for a PulseFinity project is completed it will be listed and certified on the project details section on the launchpad ensuring full transparency with the community.
Key steps required by auditing partners when carrying out a PulseFinity projects KYC:
Video-call: A PulseFinity audit partner will arrange a video-call with the project primary owner or manager. Nothing needs to be prepared in advance of the call since the objective is to know each other and learn more about the background of the project and the team.
ID-check: After the video-call, the project key team members fill out a questionnaire and submit their IDs. This is for the auditor to conduct their verifications and background checks. Personal information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared publicly.
Review & Awards: Auditors will conduct in-depth background verifications. Once the process is completed and the KYC badge is approved, the team is officially informed and PulseFinity will display a KYC badge on the projects profile on the PulseFinity launchpad.
